Slogan: Haoles don’t surf II – Evolution
This year carried on, were we had quit last year. The fast pace of growth concering high-tech continued and the wagon got even more into focus: growth without limits coined this year concerning technology and number of team members.
Looking into the future, however, the age of fast growth will surely come to an end. The wagon becomes too heavy for the very steep trail (up to 20%), which is a huge disadvantage compared to the national competition in the flat, German north. On the other hand some planned, ultra modern software features are probably too laborious when some of our experts have to deal with the development of their career. Thus, the next years will probably consolidate and expand existing features. But be prepared for one or another suprise.
